Step 2. Send Medical Documents

To help our medical team understand your health condition and determine the appropriate treatment approach, please send us your relevant medical records and examination results.

Step 5. Arrange Accommodation

You can choose a hotel or private apartment according to your preferences and budget. Our clinic is located near Lisi Lake. Our team can help you choose and book suitable accommodation close to the clinic. If you need a room in a large hotel, the nearest to us is Lisi Hills Hotel 4*.

If you prefer to arrange accommodation yourself, you can use your preferred booking platform.

Step 6. Arrival in Tbilisi

When you arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, our clinic staff can meet you and arrange your transfer to your accommodation.

You will be welcomed by a member of our team holding a nameplate, so you can easily identify your driver or clinic representative.

If needed, we can also help you arrange a local SIM card and provide other practical assistance upon arrival.

Step 7. Transfer and Assistance During Treatment

On the days of your visits to the medical center, the clinic provides transfer and assistance by English-speaking staff.

Our team will help you get to the clinic, accompany you during your visits, and assist with practical questions throughout your stay.

Our goal is to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on your treatment while we take care of the logistics.

Step 8. Departure

After your treatment is completed, our team will help you prepare for your departure from Tbilisi. We can arrange your transfer to the airport and provide any necessary information before your journey home.
